EMBROIDERY/ PERSONALIZATION

Embroidery can be placed on ANY collar. Names, phone numbers, and small designs. You may choose to place it

			The stripes used for the RacingStripes and Split-Stripes designs are too small for embroidery. Embroidery with these designs can be placed on the main collar as a Break-in-Stripe Design.

Embroidery is a decorative addition. It is not part of the structural integrity of the main collar.
When choosing embroidery, keep in mind that individual dogs put differing amounts of wear on a collar
and the embroidery might not last as long as the collar itself.

Footnote about embroidery:
I have a great sense of humor; however, if you have given your dog a name that suggests it is dangerous, I will not embroider it. I will also not embroider anything suggesting racial, ethnic, or religious slurs. BLOCKY DOGS® reserves the right to deny embroidering any word or phrase we deem unacceptable. You will be notified at the time your order is confirmed (before payment is made) if there is any problem with your embroidery request.

While our embroiderer has a vast array of colors, not all thread colors are exact matches to our collar colors. Keep in mind when you are selecting an embroidery color that it might not be an exact shade-for-shade match to the collar, stripe, or leash color chosen. The embroiderer has specific colors set aside that are the closest matches possible to our collar colors, but some are not exact matches. Additionally, as you are browsing through the galleries, you might note that the same shade of embroidery can look very different against different collar colors, for instance, lilac embroidery looks very different on a lighter color collar than it does on a darker color collar.

 

EMBROIDERY FONT: On the right is list of the fonts we have available for embroidery. If you don't specify a font when you order, the CAMBRIDGE font will be used. Some of the fonts can be done in either all capital letters or with only the first letter capitalized; some are restricted to all capital letters; and some can only be done with just the first letter capitalized. The font examples are grouped by the caps or lower case options available To see how the fonts look on actual collars, browse through the extensive photo galleries. You can use the SEARCH feature in the galleries to pull up collars with a particular font you’d like to see.

EMBROIDERY DESIGNS Small embroidered designs can also be added to collars. Because of the thick material and textured surface, designs are kept very simple so they don’t jam up the embroidery machines. Our embroiderer has limited the designs to stock designs only (Police K9 collars are exempt from this rule). To the right and below are some of the more popular designs and prices for each. We do have a few additional designs which can be seen in the COLLAR EXAMPLES photo gallery. You can click on any of the images here to see a full size image.
	There are a lot of choices when it comes to embroidery. Maybe this quick summary will help you: What do you want to have embroidered?: Dog's Name, Phone numbers, small designs What color or colors do you want? Colors for embroidery are not restricted to collar or stripe colors. You can choose ANY color for emboridery. What font do you want the words in? What designs do you want? Where do you want the embroidery to go? On the stripe, on the collar, between the Break-in-Stripe, or both.

Embroidery will be limited to 24 letters/numbers. You may add small designs in addition to name/phone number, but we cannot embroider multiple names and phone numbers in conjuction with addresses etc. onto a single collar -- it's just too much information to squeeze onto a collar.

A final price for the embroidery you choose will be provided in the detailed order confirmation emailed to you (before you make payment) but here is a list of pricing for the embroidery options.
